Discovering Your Purpose.
When we say purpose, what does it really mean?
Purpose is the direction that you are going. It is the reason why you do something. Knowing you purpose in God is knowing why God created you and why you are living. If you don't know your purpose there is a likelihood that you will waste your life on things that you are not meant to be doing. For instance, if you try to bake cake with a washing machine, it will not be what you want it to be, instead, the washing machine will just spill the cake ingredients and make a mess of things.
Not knowing your purpose causes frustration, depression, confusion and unproductive labour. It is impossible for you to know your purpose if you don't know your manufacturer, God. People who don't know Christ personally walk in darkness and opposite to the will of God for them.
Everyone needs to know where they are heading to because we all have a purpose on Earth. Before we discover our purpose it is important to seek the face of God. Every single person has a purpose; everyone has a specific purpose God has given us. There is no mistake in you being on Earth, God has something He wants you to do for Him, something very important. When God gives you a purpose, you will have a natural desire to meet that need.
In fulfilling purpose, there is a period of preparation, identification and manifestation. There is a period when God will prepare you for what He wants you to do for Him. It is now our part to play to take lessons and develop ourselves by the preparation or to look at it from the negative view. Preparation can come in circumstances, unpleasant experiences and most times, in work clothes. If you refuse to learn the teachings of preparation, you will repeat that class over and over again. If you refuse to soak up those lessons, you will be put back into it until you absorb the lessons.
The gift God has given you will help you identify your purpose. Your purpose and your gifts are synonymous. The gifts God has given you are not just for your personal use but mainly for you to fulfill the purpose He has given you.
When you are prepared and then you identify your purpose, the manifestation of your purpose will begin. After all these you will come to your place of your manifestation. That is, when your purpose will be accomplished.
God has given each of us a place in the Earth to govern. When you walk according to your purpose, the resources you need will be available.
